01 · What we collect

The cards you scan: name, company, designation, phone, email, address, the photo of the card. Your own account details: your WhatsApp number, name, company, GSTIN if you give it. Usage: which screens you open, so we can fix what is slow.

02 · Why we collect it

So you can use the product. So we can bill you. So we can tell you when a follow-up is overdue. We do not use your prospects for anything of ours.

03 · WhatsApp and your customers

Messages go from your WhatsApp Business account through Meta’s API. We store the template, the time and the delivery status. The person you message can reply STOP and we will block further sends from your account to that number.

04 · Where it lives

Servers in India. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups daily, kept 30 days.

05 · Who can see it

You and the people you add to your team. HypX staff only when you ask us for support, and only for as long as it takes.

06 · Export and deletion

Export everything to Excel from the app at any time. Delete your account from the app; your data is removed within 30 days, backups included.

07 · Cookies and analytics

The website uses one cookie to remember that you have signed in.

We measure how the site is used with PostHog: the pages you visit, what you click, and a replay of the visit in which everything you type is hidden. It runs in cookieless mode, so it sets no cookie and keeps no identifier of you beyond the day. Nothing is recorded on the ticket and pass pages. We do not sell this data.

08 · Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before it takes effect.
