Terms of service.
The short version: you pay yearly for the app and per event for the platform, you own your data, and we keep the service running. The detail is below.

01 · The service
HypX provides the exhibitor app and the organiser platform as described on this site. We may change features; we will not remove your data.
02 · Your account
One account per WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the people you add to your team.
03 · Plans and billing
Exhibitor plans are billed yearly in advance, in INR, inclusive of GST. Organiser services are quoted per event. Prices on this site are current at the time of publication.
04 · Scans
A scan is one card read and saved as a prospect. Unused scans do not carry over past the plan year. Free scans at partner expos are provided by the organiser and expire with the plan.
05 · WhatsApp
Messages are sent through your own WhatsApp Business account and are subject to Meta’s policies and conversation charges. You are responsible for what you send.
06 · Your data
The cards you scan are yours. You can export them at any time. We do not sell or share them.
07 · Liability
We are liable up to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
08 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
