Refund policy.
The short version: try the app free before you pay. Once a yearly plan starts, it is not refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time. Visitor tickets follow the organiser’s policy.

01 · The free trial
Ten scans, no card. Use them to decide. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.
02 · Exhibitor plans
Yearly plans are paid in advance and are not refundable once the year has started. Cancel renewal from the app at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid year.
03 · Mistaken or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, or paid for the wrong plan, write to us within 7 days and we refund the difference to the original payment method within 7 working days.
04 · Visitor tickets
Tickets bought through a HypX purchase page are sold on behalf of the organiser and follow the organiser’s refund policy, shown on the purchase page.
05 · Organiser services
Per-event services are governed by the agreement for that event.
